Rios underwent surgery Monday to repair an axillary branch aneurysm in his right shoulder, Martin Gallegos of MLB.com reports.
Rios had been diagnosed with Raynaud's Syndrome and surgery was deemed the best option to correct it. He has been declared out for the season.
