Braves' Guillermo Heredia: Bumped from 40-man roster

Heredia was designated for assignment by Atlanta on Tuesday.

Heredia hung around as short-side platoon option for Atlanta these past two seasons, but he fell out of favor after hitting .158 with a 39 percent strikeout in 74 games in 2022. He could be a non-roster invitee to spring training.
