Sanchez (elbow) suffered a setback at his rehab assignment with Triple-A Nashville, Todd Rosiak of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reports.
Sanchez rejoined the Brewers after suffering the setback in his recovery from an elbow injury and will head to the team's complex in Phoenix later this weekend. Manager Craig Counsell said that the reliever is "back to square one". There is currently no timetable for Sanchez's return.
