Pederson (wrist) was activated off the 10-day injured list Monday, Meghan Montemurro of the Chicago Tribune reports.
Pederson struggled significantly in his 16 games as a Cub, striking out 32.8 percent of the time while hitting just .137/.262/.235, before being sidelined with wrist tendinitis. He'll look to get things going Monday against his former team, the Dodgers. He clearly still has his manager's trust, as he'll lead off in the series opener.
