Fishman's contract was selected from Triple-A Jacksonville on Thursday, Christina De Nicola of MLB.com reports.
Fishman was outrighted to Jacksonville for a second time this season earlier in September, but he will get another chance to show what he can do at the top level. The left-hander allowed six hits over 4.1 innings with the Marlins earlier in the campaign, but he allowed just one runner to cross the plate and posted a 2.08 ERA.
