Mets' Sean Reid-Foley: Surgery completed

Reid-Foley (elbow) underwent successful Tommy John surgery Wednesday.

Reid-Foley had his operation performed in Texas by renowned surgeon Dr. Keith Meister. He's scheduled to return to Florida in the coming days to begin his rehab program, but after the elbow operation, Reid-Foley is set to miss the remainder of the 2022 season and the majority of the 2023 campaign.
