Nationals' Matt Grace: Sent outright to Triple-A

Grace was outrighted to Triple-A Fresno on Monday, Andersen Pickard of MLBDailyDish.com reports.

Grace was designated for assignment by the Nationals on Friday, and after going unclaimed on waivers, he'll head to Washington's Triple-A affiliate.
