Santander is making his first-ever major-league start at first base for the Orioles on Monday against the Angels, Roch Kubatko of MASNSports.com reports.
Santander has played some at first base during spring training and a little in the minors back in 2016, but this is his first action there at the big-league level. Ryan Mountcastle will slide into the designated hitter spot.
