Hartman cleared waivers and was outrighted to Triple-A Norfolk on Friday, Dan Connolly of The Athletic reports.
Hartman was designated for assignment by Baltimore earlier in the week, and he'll remain in the organization after going through waivers unclaimed. He had a 5.03 ERA, 1.29 WHIP and 59:18 K:BB over 62.2 innings at Triple-A Sugar Land for the Astros before being claimed by the Orioles at the end of July.
