Padres' Craig Stammen: Transferred to 60-day IL

He stated last week that his shoulder is feeling better, so the move to the 60-day IL doesn't appear to be due to a setback. Rather, San Diego is likely intent on ensuring that Stammen isn't rushed back so that he's healthy and available down the stretch run.
