Phillies' Odubel Herrera: Not in Thursday's lineup

Herrera isn't starting Thursday against the Nationals.

Herrera is out of the lineup for the second time in the last three games after he went 0-for-3 with a walk and two strikeouts over his last two matchups. Mickey Moniak is starting in center field and batting ninth.
