Suwinski is out of the lineup for Wednesday's game against the Tigers.
The lefty-hitting Suwinski will get a day off in the series finale while the Tigers bring ace southpaw Eduardo Rodriguez to the mound. Pittsburgh will roll out an outfield of Bryan Reynolds, Ji Hwan Bae and Connor Joe from left to right Wednesday.
