Carter (back) is in the lineup for Sunday's game against the Angels.
Carter has been available off the bench for the last two games against Los Angeles, but he will return to left field for the first time since May 8 as Texas finishes out its series. The lefty-batting outfielder is slashing .211/.301/.406 with 15 RBI and five home runs across 142 plate appearances so far this season.
