The Rangers selected Tinoco's contract from Triple-A Round Rock on Thursday.

He'll be making his return to the big leagues for the first time since June, when he joined the Rangers as a COVID-19 replacement. The 27-year-old right-hander made five relief appearances during that previous stint with Texas, logging a 4.76 ERA, 0.88 WHIP and 7:2 K:BB across 5.2 innings.
