Rays' Brandon Lowe: Day off Thursday

Lowe is absent from the lineup for Thursday's contest in Baltimore.

The left-handed-hitting Lowe plays against most lefties, but he'll take a seat in this one as the Orioles send southpaw Cade Povich to the bump. Richie Palacios will cover second base for the Rays.
