Arozarena is absent from the lineup for Monday's game in Boston, Marc Topkin of the Tampa Bay Times reports.
Arozarena went 0-for-5 with three strikeouts Sunday versus the Red Sox and is just 4-for-29 at the plate over his last eight games, so it's probably not a bad time to give him a breather. Luke Raley will handle left field.
