Red Sox's Ryan Sherriff: Back from minors

Sherriff was recalled from Triple-A Worcester by the Red Sox on Tuesday, Mac Cerullo of the Boston Herald reports.

Sherriff threw two scoreless frames during his brief time in the majors earlier this month. This stint might also be a short one, as he could head back to the minors when Corey Kluber (paternity) returns.
