Steer (ankle) remains out of the lineup for Tuesday's game against the Padres.
Steer was held out of Sunday's game with an ankle injury and remains out of action after Monday's off day. The good news is Steer said Tuesday that he's feeling better and expects to be available off the bench, just as he was Sunday when he served in a pinch-hit capacity, per Charlie Goldsmith of The Cincinnati Enquirer.
