Seth Frankoff: Parts ways with Arizona

Frankoff was released by the Diamondbacks on Wednesday.

Frankoff has been at Triple-A Reno since returning from the 60-day injured list in mid-August, and he'll now head to free agency. The 33-year-old allowed 15 earned runs with an 11:9 K:BB over 14.2 innings (four appearances) with the Diamondbacks before landing on the shelf.
