Tigers' Sandy Baez: Heads to 7-day IL

Triple-A Toledo placed Baez on its 7-day injured list Saturday with a "minor illness," Emily Waldon of The Athletic reports.

Toledo called up Ethan DeCaster from Double-A Erie to take Baez's spot on the roster. Over his 18 relief appearances with Toledo this season, Baez has posted a 7.36 ERA and 1.86 WHIP.
