76ers' Joel Embiid: Ruled out Tuesday

Embiid (knee) won't play Tuesday against the Celtics, Austin Krell of OnPattison.com reports.

Embiid wasn't initially on the injury report, but the 76ers will hold him out for knee soreness. His next chance to play comes Friday against Detroit. In the meantime, the 76ers will likely lean on Andre Drummond and Adem Bona.
