76ers' Kelly Oubre: Set to face Washington

Oubre (knee) is available for Wednesday's game against Washington.

Oubre, though available, will be under a heavy minutes restriction. The veteran wing hasn't appeared in a game since Nov. 14. He started in each of his first 14 appearances this season, but he may come off the bench as the 76ers ease him back into action.
