Bulls' E.J. Liddell: Remains out Monday

Liddell (knee) has been ruled out for Monday's game against the Raptors.

Liddell will miss a second straight game due to a sore left knee. However, the two-way player hasn't been a regular part of the Bulls' NBA rotation, so his ongoing absence shouldn't impact fantasy hoops.
