Williams (illness) will play in Game 4 of the Eastern Conference Finals against the Celtics on Tuesday, Joe Vardon of Cleveland.com reports.
Williams was held out of the team's shootaround Tuesday morning, but after receiving treatment throughout the day, he's feeling good enough to take the court. That said, he's struggled to get anything going while coming in with the second unit and has averaged just 12.7 minutes over the first three games of this series, so he's likely not an intriguing DFS option for Tuesday's slate.
