Cavaliers' Sam Merrill: Heads to locker room

Merrill exited to the locker room during the first quarter of Monday's game against the Spurs with an apparent mouth injury, Chris Fedor of The Cleveland Plain Dealer reports.

Merrill appeared to be bleeding from his mouth after being hit in the face. He'll be taken to the locker room for further evaluation.
