Davison has been ruled out for Monday's game against the Pistons due to an illness, Taylor Snow of the Celtics' official site reports.
Davison isn't a part of Boston's rotation and has spent most of his time this season with the G League's Maine Celtics. His absence Monday shouldn't affect how head coach Joe Mazzulla distributes the minutes among the Celtics' guards.
