Monk won't play in Thursday's preseason game against the Clippers due to right hand soreness, Sean Cunningham of Fox 40 Sacramento reports.
The Kings' backcourt will be depleted for the preseason finale since they'll also be without De'Aaron Fox (rest). Monk will have about a week to recover before the Kings open their 2023-24 regular season against the Timberwolves next Thursday.
