Cancar will come off the bench Sunday against the Clippers, Harrison Wind of DNVR.com reports.
Cancar made a spot start in place of Aaron Gordon (hamstring) Thursday against the Hornets, but with Gordon still out Sunday the Nuggets will turn to a smaller lineup featuring all three of Monte Morris, Austin Rivers and Will Barton. Cancar finished Thursday's game with 11 points, four rebounds and two assists in 19 minutes.
