VanVleet (groin) is out against the Pistons on Saturday, according to Josh Lewenberg of TSN.ca.

VanVleet is sitting out his first game this season due to the groin injury. Despite not playing since Oct. 25, Goran Dragic will be the starting point guard Saturday. He recorded nine points and four assists during his only other start in the season opener.
