49ers' D.J. Jones: Sustains ankle injury Monday night

Jones (ankle) is questionable to return to Monday night's matchup against the Bills, Bob Lange of the 49ers' official site reports.

The starting defensive tackle exited in the first half Monday, meaning Kevin Givens or Kentavius Street will be thrust into a prime role until he proves capable of returning. San Francisco's defensive interior is already dealing with Solomon Thomas being unavailable since Sept. 21 because of a knee injury.
