49ers' JaMycal Hasty: Elevated to active roster

The 49ers elevated Hasty to their active roster Saturday, Matt Maiocco of NBC Sports Bay Area reports.

With Raheem Mostert (knee) and Tevin Coleman (knee) ruled out, Hasty will help provide depth in the backfield behind Jerick McKinnon and Jeff Wilson. The team originally stashed him on their practice squad due to his combination of speed and pass-catching ability.
