49ers' Jaquiski Tartt: Logs full practice

Tartt (groin) was able to practice in full Friday and will play Sunday against the Cowboys.

Tartt was limited Wednesday and Thursday after leaving Week 18 against the Rams early with the injury. His availability is a big boost to the 49ers' secondary as they head to Dallas for the wild-card round of the playoffs Sunday.
