Elliott (ankle) has exited Sunday's game against the Patriots, Matt Maiocco of NBC Sports Bay Area reports.
Elliott may not return in the second half of Week 4's matchup with New England. The Missouri product had no counting stats at the time of his exit, and likely will be replaced by Evan Anderson and Kevin Givens while he is out.
