Alex Armah: Cut by Commanders

Armah is slated to be released by Washington on Tuesday, Ben Standig of The Athletic reports.

Armah is a strong candidate to re-sign with the Commanders again prior to the start of the regular season, per Standig. He's logged five total appearances with the team across the past two seasons, mostly contributing on special teams in those contests.
