Ameer Speed: Works out with Bucs

Tampa Bay worked out Speed (undisclosed) on Tuesday, Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston reports.

The Buccaneers are evidently exploring adding some organizational depth at cornerback, possibly because veteran Jamel Dean is dealing with a hip flexor strain. Speed, who now appears to be fully healthy again, last saw regular-season action in 2024, when he suited up for two games with the Bears.
