Bears' Darnell Wright: Full practice Thursday

Wright (knee) was a full participant at the Bears' practice Thursday.

Wright suffered a knee injury in Week 13 against the Lions, but he now appears set to give it a go Sunday versus San Francisco. He'll be back in his starting role at right tackle against the 49ers.
