Bengals' Devin Harper: Not playing Sunday

Harper (hamstring) is inactive for Sunday's contest against the Seahawks.

Harper was claimed off waivers by the Bengals on Sept. 29 after being let go by the Cowboys the day prior. He played 14 snaps on special teams in Week 5 against the Cardinals and had one tackle.
