Buffalo signed Howard to a contract Friday, Sal Capaccio of WGR Sports Radio 550 Buffalo reports.
Howard hasn't yet secured a regular-season roster spot in his NFL career, but he'll get another chance to compete for one in Buffalo. Since going undrafted back in 2017, Howard has logged stints with the Colts, Browns, Panthers, Broncos and Jaguars.
