Brandon Scherff: Hangs up cleats

Scherff announced his retirement from the NFL on Thursday, ESPN.com reports.

Scherff joined the league as a 2015 first-round pick by Washington, and he now hangs up his cleats after 10 seasons in the NFL spent between the Commanders and Jaguars. The five-time Pro Bowler reportedly drew interest from teams around the league for the 2025 season, but he'll instead opt to call it a career.
