Browns' Casey Dunn: Heads to Cleveland

Dunn signed a contract with the Browns on Sunday.

Dunn finished the 2019 season on the Saints' practice squad after dealing with an injury during training camp. The 25-year-old will add depth while starting center JC Tretter recovers from arthroscopic knee surgery. Dunn has played in two NFL games, both for Washington in 2018.
