Caden Sterns: Waived with injury designation

Sterns (knee) was waived by the Eagles with a failed physical designation Tuesday, Dave Zangaro of NBC Sports Philadelphia reports.

Sterns signed with the Eagles on Aug. 11 but quickly suffered a knee injury. If the safety clears waivers, he'll revert to a reserve list with Philadelphia, which will force him to miss at least the first four games of the 2024 season.
