Cardinals' Jon Gaines: Done for the year

The Cardinals placed Gaines (knee) on injured reserve Tuesday, Howard Balzer of GoPHNX.com reports.

Gaines left Saturday's preseason game against the Vikings after sustaining a knee injury. The 2023 fourth-round pick out of UCLA will now sit out for the 2023 season.
