Chad Williams: Cut by Kansas City

Williams was waived by the Chiefs on Tuesday, NFL reporter Aaron Wilson reports.

Williams dealt with a groin injury early in camp but was healthy for the preseason opener, catching one of two targets for three yards. The 26-year-old has appeared in only one game since 2018 when he caught 17 passes for 171 yards and a touchdown in 10 contests for Arizona.
