Chiefs' Donovan Smith: Out again for Week 17

Smith (neck) is out for Sunday's game against the Bengals, Matt McMullen of the Chiefs' official site reports.

This will be Smith's fourth missed game in a row. Wanya Morris has been making the starts on Patrick Mahomes' blind side in Smith's absence.
