Commanders' Jalyn Holmes: Inks deal with Washington

Holmes signed with the Commanders on Wednesday.

The veteran defensive lineman has been brought in by the Commanders to add depth to a unit that just lost Pro Bowl defensive tackle Jonathan Allen (pectoral) for the remainder of the season. Expect Holmes to serve as a rotational interior defensive lineman when the Commanders host the Panthers in Week 7.
