Cowboys' Brandon Knight: Placed on COVID list

Knight has been placed on the reserve/COVID-19 list, Jonny Auping of the Cowboys' official site reports.

Per the report, Knight's placement on the list stems from a close contact with a COVID-19 case. The tackle's status for Thursday's season opener against Tampa Bay is unclear, while guard Zack Martin tested positive for COVID and is therefore in line to miss Week 1 action.
