Cowboys' Tyvis Powell: Lands with Dallas

Powell signed a contract with the Cowboys on Monday, Calvin Watkins of The Dallas Morning News reports.

Powell was cut loose by the Texans on Saturday, but he didn't last long on the open market. He figures to add depth at safety for the Cowboys.
