Dee Virgin: Joins practice squad

The Lions signed Virgin to the practice squad Sunday.

Virgin was a strong special teams performer for the Lions last season, playing a team-high 360 snaps in 2019, so it's a bit of a surprise that he failed to make the active roster. However, he will remain with the team on the practice squad with hopes of getting called up should the team suffer any injuries in the secondary.
