Brooks recorded 11 tackles (10 solo) and two defended passes during three games in 2019.

Brooks played a rotational role in Miami's secondary during the final three games of the 2019 season, the first of which constituted his NFL debut. The North Texas product will need to compete for a spot on the roster heading into the 2020 season.
