Duke Dawson: Gets let go by Carolina

The Panthers waived Dawson (groin) from injured reserve on Thursday, Aaron Wilson of ProFootballNetwork.com reports.

After spending his 2021 season with the Broncos, Dawson joined the Panthers with the hope of earning a roster spot for the 2022 campaign. The cornerback was placed on injured reserve Tuesday and will now need to get healthy to try to earn a spot with a team elsewhere.
